Postage
Flat £5 tracked postage anywhere in the UK. That covers a rigid box, bubble wrap, sleeve and toploader, so your card travels the way you would want it to. Orders over £50 go free. We aim to dispatch within two working days, and you will get the tracking reference once it is on its way.
Returns and refunds
You are covered by the usual UK distance selling rules. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return an order, then get it back to us within 14 days of that. Cards must come back in the condition they arrived in, in the same sleeve and toploader please. Once it is back and checked we refund in full to your original payment method.
If anything arrives damaged, or is not what the listing showed, email us straight away with photos and we will make it right. Replacement or full refund including postage, your call.
Gift cards are non refundable but never expire. Buylist quotes are subject to the condition check described on the sell page.
